Hi, I’m Julia.
I’m a Manhattan-based psychotherapist with a decade of clinical experience and a mostly virtual private practice. I work with clients of all ages, but have particular expertise and a passion for supporting young adults, millennials, entrepreneurs, and creatives navigating challenges like ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem, and being “highly sensitive” (HSP).
In my practice, I draw from talk therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, and relational approaches. Whether you’re managing everyday stress, working on self-trust, moving through a major life transition, or wanting to feel more balance, ease, and fulfillment, I’m here to support you.
