I am an out-of-network provider.

Consistent with many private practices, I do not accept insurance, however, I’m happy to provide you with the documentation necessary to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

For information about your out-of-network coverage, please call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions:

Does my plan include out-of-network benefits?

Do these benefits include outpatient mental health services via telehealth?

What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much have I already met?

What percentage of outpatient psychotherapy sessions is covered?

Is there a limit on how many sessions I can have with this provider?

How much will I be reimbursed per session?

What is the process for submitting claims?
