I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I prioritize getting to know YOU—

—your values, your interests, your strengths, your challenges, your experience with therapy, and your goals both in and outside of therapy, to determine how to support you best. Together we’ll tackle what’s been weighing you down using a treatment plan we’ve tailored to your individual needs.

If you’re committed to your goals, know that I’ll support you in your efforts to reach them. We’ll find healthier ways to manage your emotional burdens and stressors, and in the process, you’ll gain greater insight, hone in on your strengths, and create small yet meaningful shifts in mindset and behavior that will help you move through life with greater ease, enjoyment, and intention.

The best therapeutic outcomes are achieved in dynamics where clients feel seen, validated, empowered, and even a bit challenged. Effective therapy involves continually showing up for yourself and delving deeper. It’s work, but it’s arguably the best investment you can make in yourself — because when things change within us, things change around us.

Therapy can help you to

Alleviate anxiety
Learn healthy coping
Cultivate self-compassion
Explore your fears & insecurities
Establish healthy, trusting relationships

I am currently offering teletherapy and walk+talk sessions to New Yorkers.

Video sessions are done through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Walk+talk sessions are available to Manhattan-based clients who prefer in-person therapy, appreciate the mind-body benefits of being outside, and, let’s face it, could use a (very good) reason to step away from their desks.
